Overview概述
Yaohe is a household medicine organiser for the person who actually keeps the box. Five screens cover it: what is due today, what is in the cabinet, which reminders are queued, how the last few weeks went, and the settings. Every check-in deducts from the remaining stock, expiring boxes and running-low boxes are flagged before you have to count them, and a large-type care mode turns the whole app up a notch for the people who need it most.药盒是给「家里管药的那位」用的家庭用药工具。五个页面说清所有事：今天该吃哪些、药箱里还有什么、提醒排在哪、这段时间吃得怎么样、以及设置。每次打卡都从余量里扣，临期和快吃完的药会提前标出来，省得自己翻盒子数。另有关怀模式，把字号整体再放大一档。
What it does它做什么
Today, in one screen今天，一屏看完
The top card says how many doses are due today and how many are already done; below it each dose names the medicine, the person it is for, the time and a check-in button. Late, skipped and already-taken doses each look different at a glance, and a check-in can be undone.顶部主卡写明今天该吃几次、已经吃了几次；下面每一条写明药名、给谁、几点，配一个打卡按钮。迟到、跳过、已服用三种状态一眼分得开，打错了还能撤销。
A cabinet that counts down会自己数数的药箱
Each medicine carries remaining stock and an expiry date. Checking in deducts from the stock, so running-low is a fact rather than a guess, and boxes approaching their expiry date are flagged ahead of time.每盒药都记着剩余量和有效期。打卡一次就扣一次库存，所以「快没了」是算出来的而不是猜的；邻近有效期的药会提前标出来。
Reminders the system fires, not the app提醒由系统触发，不靠 App 常驻
Dose reminders are published to the HarmonyOS clock, so they still arrive when the app is closed or has not been opened for days. You choose how early each reminder fires and how long a snooze lasts.用药提醒排进 HarmonyOS 的系统闹钟，App 关着、连着几天没打开，照样按时到。提前多久提醒、稍后推迟多久，都自己定。
Records with a rate, not just a list记录页给的是依从率，不只是一张清单
The record screen summarises the last seven days — taken, missed, skipped and the current run of on-time days — and the detail view lists every dose, with day-by-day entries behind a calendar.记录页先给近 7 天的概况 —— 已服用、未服用、已跳过，以及连续达标天数；明细按天列每一次服药，点开日历能看每一天。
One box, several people一只药箱，一家人共用
Add family members, assign each medicine to the person it is for, and filter every screen by person. Invite the others with a four-digit code, and both devices see the same cabinet — or keep the data on this phone private if you would rather.可以建成员、把每盒药记到人头上，每个页面都能按人筛。用 4 位邀请码把家人拉进来，两台设备看到的是同一只药箱；不想上云的，也可以把数据留在这台手机上。
A care mode for large type给看不清的人准备的关怀模式
Care mode turns the whole app up a notch — larger type still, taller buttons and a four-item tab bar — on top of the system font scaling the app already follows.关怀模式把所有字号再放大一档，按钮加高、底栏从五枚收敛成四枚；在跟随系统字号之外再上一档。
Export and delete, on your terms导出与注销，都由你决定
Dose records export to an Excel file through the system share sheet, and the account deletion entry really deletes: your rows are removed from the cloud, the local database is wiped, and the app comes back with a clean default member.用药记录能导出成 Excel，走系统分享面板发出去或存下来。注销账号那条路是真的删干净：云端的行按你本人批量删掉、本机库清空，再把默认成员种回来。
What it does not do它不做什么
It is a record and reminder tool, not medical advice. It does not diagnose, it does not recommend medicines or doses, it does not sell anything, and it contains no pharmacy or consultation service — it will not tell you what to take or how much. It does not carry the full patient information leaflet, and it is not a substitute for your doctor or pharmacist. It has no advertising, no paid content and no social features. The stock and adherence figures are the app's own count of what you recorded on this device.它是记录与提醒工具，不是医疗建议。它不做诊断、不推荐药品或剂量、不卖任何东西，也没有药房或问诊服务 —— 不会告诉你该吃什么、吃多少。它不含说明书全文检索，也不能替代医生或药师。没有广告、没有付费内容、没有社区。页面上的余量与依从率，是本机对你实际记录情况的计数。
