This policy is published by Shijiazhuang Dianhua Technology Co., Ltd. ("we"), registered in Shijiazhuang, Hebei, China. We are the developer of 驾考题典. 2. Information we do not collect二、我们不收集的信息
驾考题典 does not collect, transmit or share any of the following: 驾考题典 不会收集、传输或分享以下任何内容：
- Location data位置数据
- Contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files通讯录、照片、相机、麦克风或文件
- Your answers, your wrong-answer book or the questions you bookmark — except the copy you choose to sync to your own Huawei Account (see section 4)你的作答结果、错题本，或你收藏的题目 —— 你自己选择同步到本人华为账号的那一份除外（见第四节）
- Advertising identifiers or any other device identifier used for tracking广告标识符，或任何用于追踪的设备标识符

3. Information stored on your device三、存储在你设备上的信息
The app keeps your study record on the device itself: which questions you have answered and whether you got them right, your wrong-answer book, your bookmarks, your position in each practice mode, mock-exam scores, and your settings (subject, theme, font size). None of it leaves the device unless you sign in and turn sync on; we cannot see it either way, and deleting the app deletes all of it. App 把学习记录保存在设备本机上：答过哪些题、答对没有、错题本、收藏、每个练习模式练到第几题、模拟考成绩，以及你的设置（科目、主题、字号）。除非你登录并开启同步，这些内容不会离开设备，我们也看不到；删除 App 时一并清除。
4. Network access and accounts四、网络访问与账号
The app declares one permission, ohos.permission.INTERNET, and it has exactly one use: the optional sync described below. The question bank, the images and the explanations are all built into the app, so practising, marking answers, reviewing wrong answers and taking mock exams work in airplane mode. With no Huawei Account signed in, the app makes no network request at all — nothing to log in to, nothing to phone home to. The app bundles no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics library. App 只声明了一个权限 ohos.permission.INTERNET，且只有一处用途：下面说的可选云同步。题库、图片、解析全部内置在 App 内，所以刷题、判分、看错题、模拟考在飞行模式下都能正常进行。没有登录华为账号时，App 不发起任何网络请求 —— 没有登录接口要调，也没有任何地方需要「回传」。App 内不含广告 SDK，也不含第三方统计库。
Signing in with a Huawei Account is optional and is started by you, from the account card at the top of the "我的" tab. When you sign in, your answers, wrong-answer book, bookmarks, practice positions and mock-exam scores are synced to a storage area that is keyed to your own Huawei Account, so that a new phone can pick the record up. We never receive your Huawei ID password, and the synced content is the study record listed above — no device identifiers, no contacts, no location. Signing out stops the sync immediately and leaves everything on the device; you can also delete the cloud copy from the cloud sync screen, and deleting the app removes the local copy. 登录华为账号是可选的，而且只能由你主动发起 —— 入口在「我的」页顶部的账号卡。登录之后，你的作答记录、错题本、收藏、各模式的练习位置和模拟考成绩会同步到以你自己的华为账号为归属的存储区，换新手机时可以接着用。我们不会拿到你的华为账号密码；同步的内容就是上面列举的学习记录，不含设备标识符、通讯录、位置。退出登录后同步立刻停止，数据仍留在本机；你也可以在云同步页删除云端副本，卸载 App 则本机副本一并清除。
5. Purchases五、购买
The app is free and has no in-app purchases. No payment of any kind is taken inside the app. App 免费，且没有 App 内购买项目，App 内不产生任何形式的支付。
6. Diagnostics六、诊断信息
We do not collect usage analytics or crash reports, and the app bundles no third-party analytics or crash-reporting library. 我们不上报任何使用统计或崩溃报告，App 内也没有集成任何第三方统计或崩溃上报库。
7. Children七、儿童
The app is for adults preparing for the Chinese driving-theory exams — a licence for a car requires an applicant to be at least 18 years old. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. 本 App 面向准备考取机动车驾驶证的成年用户 —— 按《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》，申请小型汽车驾驶证须年满 18 周岁。它不面向儿童，我们也不会在知情情况下收集儿童的信息。
8. Your rights八、你的权利
The data on your device is under your control: "我的 → 重置全部学习数据" clears the study record, and deleting the app removes it along with everything else. The cloud copy lives in a storage area keyed to your own Huawei Account and can be deleted from the cloud sync screen inside the app, or with our help by email. Because we collect no personal identifiers, we have no way to tell whose record any given row belongs to. To exercise these rights, or with any question, write to privacy@ai123.xyz. 本机数据完全由你掌握：「我的 → 重置全部学习数据」可以清空学习记录，卸载 App 会连同数据一起删除。云端的副本存在以你自己华为账号为归属的存储区，可以在 App 的云同步页删除，也可以发邮件让我们协助删除。由于我们不收集任何能指向具体个人的标识，我们也无法把某一行记录对应到某一个具体的人。如需行使上述权利或提出疑问，请发送邮件至 privacy@ai123.xyz。
9. Changes to this policy九、政策变更
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above and, where the change is significant, note it in the app's release notes. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated policy. 如果本政策发生变更，我们会更新上方的生效日期；若属重大变更，还会在 App 的更新说明中注明。变更后继续使用 App 即视为接受更新后的政策。
